*responsibilities*:
- relationship management:
- develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key fleet partners.
- act as the main point of contact for all account-related matters, ensuring effective communication and understanding of fleet requirements.
- strategic account planning:
- collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategic account plans tailored to each fleet customer's needs and integrate them in talixo systems.
- identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
- contract negotiation and management:
- shortlist potential new partner fleets, make cold calls to acquire new leads, and qualify leads.
- establishing a network of partnerships and negotiating deals across your region and your product line.
- onboarding and training of new fleets.
- data analysis and reporting:
- utilise data and analytics to track key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to enhance fleet services and quality.
- prepare regular reports for fleets, highlighting performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement
- market intelligence:
- stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- close collaboration with other departments (sales, tech, operations) to improve processes, and procedures and further develop our it system and tools.
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- minimum of 3 years of experience in the procurement field.
- strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with intercultural experience.
- proficiency in data analysis and trend identification to drive informed business decisions.
- demonstrated ability to approach problem-solving in a structured manner, showcasing independence and creativity.
- excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- familiarity with crm software and other relevant tools.
- willingness to travel as required.
- exceptional verbal and written communication skills in *english - c1.*
