basic qualifications
- bachelor's degree required
- minimum of 6-8 years of experience in csr, public policy, corporate affairs or related domains
- superb balance between humility, diplomacy and business acumen
- experience conducting business in international settings
- ability to empathetically work with individuals from all backgrounds and cultures
- experience working with constituent groups including non profit organizations and employees
- excellent project management skills
- excellent writing and verbal communications skills
- ability to conduct business in english, portuguese and spanish required
