- validate and maintain up to date training records and staff skills (versatility matrix).
- develop and implement training plans for logistics staff as needed. Plan and schedule logistics staffing requirements during periods of production shutdown.
- schedule and manage massive staff shift changes.
- manage time-off (vacations) requests and staff scheduling using designated systems.
- facilitate the communication of information from the human resources department to operational staff.

- maintain positive and collaborative relationships with union representatives.
- monitor compliance with the production plan and the status of finished goods in quarantine.

- ensure that warehouse equipment and facilities are maintained in good condition.
