Senior mechanical engineer

responsabilities
* reports to application leader in term of tasks based on assignment into particular project
* leads all pd tasks related to successful job1 and profitable product in terms of mechanical engineering.
* develop concepts for innovative products with regard to feasibility, cost, lifespan customer and legal requirements
* responsible for mechanical bom release & updates
* applies and ensures application of the best design and process practices (dgl, rules), standard parts, lessons learned, cad standards and cad methodology and customer specific requirements.
* provides suggestions for creating and updating dfmea.
* ensure application of proper data management system and information exchange within the project team
* cooperates at creation of dfmea, cae plan, dv plan, component test and certification in compliance with the cdp/vpds/vbos and customer specifications as well as legal requirements.
* supports technical design review (tdr ) of given project. On request participate on tdr organized by other teams to provide feedback
requirements
* university degree in machinery or mechanical engineering (or adequate experience)
* english on advanced level
* ms office, windows
* cad (catia, nx)
* gd&t
* dfmea
experience
* more than 5 years of experience in mechanical design, plastic injection technology and tool design knowledge
* team leading
* technical presentations to customer and communication to customer on daily basis
