each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.responsibilitiesamericas console performance: ownership of budgeting process — lead the americas budgeting process for consoles, including partner target tracking, quarterly forecast achievements, monthly business reviews, and weekly performance reporting.
drive regional accountability across both retail and direct channels for console metrics, including revenue and inventory management.
collaborate with partners in region and the global category lead to ensure alignment on demand planning.americas retail strategy for consoles: create a comprehensive regional retail strategy for consoles that aligns with the full ecosystem of devices, services, content, and growth areas.
develop fiscal year priorities to help americas execute marketing plans, strategies, and campaigns.
prepare regionally compelling partner pitch materials for retail partners using ww category partner pitch documentation.
address market dynamics and coe responses as needed.driving console growth: identify new growth opportunities and prioritize them based on potential.
collaborate with the ww console category lead to shape strategies for new and strategic sales, including partner selection, onboarding, and tracking results, best practices, and learnings for future partner rollouts.
assist in driving market expansion and launching new tests or trials.console insights: leverage industry knowledge, channel insights, and customer understanding to drive strategic alignment, digital transformation, and achieve joint business objectives with partners and ww category.
share insights based on in-store and online execution, customer and partner feedback, and market/industry trends.qualificationsrequired/minimum qualifications (rqs/mqs)master's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain, data analytics, business, finance or related field and 5+ years experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operationsor bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain, data analytics, business, finance or related field and 6+ years experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operations or equivalent experience.business level fluency to read, write and speak english.additional or preferred qualifications (pqs)master's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain, data analytics, business, finance or related field and 7+ years experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operationsexperience planning and executing assortment plans, marketing strategies, and activities that drive business results.be a skillful leader, able to directly deliver and deliver thru influence of others — both internally at microsoft and externally thru retail partners.be a confident leader, representing your business in front of partners and stakeholders at all levels inside and outside microsoft.a successful track record in managing and transforming a consumer category, while meeting sales and profitability targets.sharp analytical skills and acumen and can use to review and manage budgets, market data, and deal opportunities.microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
