role description
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve significant challenges as we navigate rapid growth.
* help customers utilize their money efficiently, understand how to make progress with money, and feel free to say 'yes' without financial worries.
key responsibilities
1. own the end-to-end user experience for a significant product vertical, working closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists.
2. deliver designs for both mobile apps and web apps.
3. contribute to the evolution of our cheddar design system in collaboration with engineers in the mexico office.
4. influence our product vision and design strategy.
5. collaborate with other designers to ensure a consistent experience and design language across our platform.
6. execute and contribute to our design system and processes.
requirements
* 4+ years of experience working with product teams to ship consumer products (7+ years preferred).
* proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
* prolific maker who uses work to explore possible solutions to customer needs.
* excellent thinking and communication skills.
* curious approach focused on customer needs first.
* passion for impactful financial technology.
* bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required.
