- 2 - 3 years' experience as *administrative* *assistant*:
- monday - friday (9:00 - 2:00) & (3:00 - 6:00) saturday (10:00 - 1:00)
*job responsibilities and obligations*
- availability of support outside working hours, as well as on days off
- excellent writing and spelling.
- public relations in general
- to maintain cordial relations with the members of the family.
- comply with the protocol in different environments and situations, with the people, companies and organizations with whom you will have contact.
- supports organization of meetings and social, cultural, business events, etc.
- supports organization of national and international trips: reservations, itineraries, air tickets, etc.
- office administration, filling, files control, control of expenses.
- supports preparation of project presentations (using written and audiovisual media).
- *skills*:
- handling of mobile telephony devices: microsoft office, windows & ios, operation of apple products as (iphone, ipad, imac), loading and unloading files, calendar, directories, etc.
- advanced computer use, advanced office (word, excel, power point) and other office tools: copier, printer, fax, scanner, etc.
- *perks*:
- excellent salary based on experience and skills (net salary 25,000 to 30,000 pesos) monthly, according to capabilities and aptitudes.
