Team Lead

The Team Lead will report to the Global Research Manager. The Team Lead is responsible for the day to day production and quality for of their respective team. Team Leads must be organized, disciplined, and able to multi-task. In every situation the team lead’s primary responsibility is to act as a role model for the consultants. They should personify positive customer service and maintain efficient work habits. The team lead should be fair, easily approachable, but at the same time diligent in their efforts to maximize their team’s productivity. At all times, the team lead will foster a team environment, maintaining a neat, organized environment and positive atmosphere. Team Leads are required to work several evening shifts monthly on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

- Review and assign cases/call-backs for their team
- Prioritize VIP Cases and assign appropriately
- Maintain and update all training documents, templates, and job aids for team
- Ensure that team meets daily and monthly production goals
- Facilitate team meetings weekly to provide updates and enrich team
- Schedule a minimum of two in-house training sessions for team each year
- Respond to all questions related to complaints for your content team and team members
- Conduct interviewing, hiring, and training of all new staff members on team and assist other Team Leads in this responsibility
- Monthly One-on-One meetings with each staff member of the team
- Administer performance reviews to all team members, and issue performance improvement plans to team members when appropriate
- Responsible for daily production reports, including end-of-day updates
- Conduct monthly case, RMS and intake quality audits

What will you do? The Propel Project Manager is responsible for providing project management support, key administrative functions and logistical support for Propel executive leadership in the MBC and overall Global Propel Business Leader. He/she will be professional, friendly, and gracious with other key executives and stakeholder groups that support Propel deployments. He/she is a self-directed team player who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and ensures consistent high-quality results.

How will you do it?

- With the Propel MBC Business Leader, develop and maintain a detailed project plan to set up the Propel MBC team. Create, update and distribute a scorecard that shows KPIs and progress against milestones.
- Develop and maintain the Propel MBC OPEX budget. Present monthly budget, variance analysis and recommended actions to achieve targets.
- Plan, schedule and execute quarterly Propel MBC business review meetings. This is a 1.5 day meeting to review KPIs, project plans and progress against annual performance objectives.
- Collaborate with the Propel Business Process & Readiness Lead to execute Mexico and LATAM site kick-off events
- Support the OCM Coordinator with translations as needed
- Identify organizational obstacles and take action to resolve or mitigate barriers to change
- Provide coaching, support and guidance to enable effective execution of change management activities regionally and locally in order to realize desired business outcomes
- Support the OCM Coordinator with communications to create and maintain visibility to key dates, decisions, milestones, and issues
- Support executive leadership with power point presentations in terms of editing, animation and formatting
- Facilitate meetings, deliver presentations as required

What do we look for?

- Experience with medium to high complexity change management ERP programs is required preferably SAP
- Hands on experience in initiating and managing change and fostering adoption
- Experience shaping and delivering communications to support all levels of the organization using a variety of channels
- Must possess the confidence and maturity to interact with all levels of the organization with the ability to maintain confidential or sensitive information
- Ability to tailor messages to various employee audiences using appropriate tone, nuance, and level of information; superior command of grammar and usage
- Ability to quickly gather and synthesize information from a variety of sources; aptitude for translating complex topics and issues into broadly understandable messages to employees
- Exhibit effective team building skills
- Experience organizing seminars and multi-day executive meetings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High degree of flexibility and initiative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet time-sensitive deadlines, juggle multiple projects, and fulfill ad hoc requests simultaneously
- Professional & polished; ability to interact with executive leadership and board
- Driven; motivated to succeed; a self-starter
- Associate\'s or bachelor\'s degree in business administration, program management or other degree with at least three years of program management work experience
- Program Management Professional Certification (PMP)
- Up to 10% domestic/global

We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager, based in Colombia, to join the Delivery team and manage projects working directly with our top customers in Latin American countries.

What you will do

- Establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the vital resources and plans and supervise all activities.
- Drive project execution: track project activities, raise risks, issues and handle them, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues.
- Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events.
- Take handover from Presales team, Pre-sales involvement for cost estimation & scope of work.
- Ensure forecasting and financial follow-up.
- Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting.
- Simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas.

What will you bring to the role

- Significant Project Management experience leading customer facing projects, within Telecoms or with Operator’s.
- Good understanding for Telecom Technology & Domain: 4G, IMS, VoLTE, 5G, Core, Cloud, Packet Core, etc
- Contract and 3rd pp suppliers management know-how.
- Financial knowledge and analysis skills.
- Innovative, self-motivated and result oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery
- High or native level of both English and Spanish language
- Proficient with both agile and waterfall methodology of project execution (PMP certification is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree.
