as category growth manager, you will drive growth and profitability across categories by leveraging deep consumer insights, market data, and trends. You will identify opportunities, optimize product offerings, and develop successful commercial strategies while ensuring category leadership at the point of sale.
key responsibilities
* develop and implement category growth plans including pricing, promotions, and merchandising with a consumer‑centric approach.
* analyze market, sales, and consumer behavior data to uncover opportunities and anticipate future needs.
* collaborate with sales and operations teams to execute plans and projects effectively.
* lead cross‑functional initiatives to drive category performance.
* present insights and strategies to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
