**What You Will Be Doing**
- Create new web pages and optimize for performance (monitoring the page, review analytics, collaborate with our SEO partners).
- Ensure a great costumer experience by sending regular updates to our internal clients, providing specific feedback, and completing the requests within the established timeframe.
- Create full digital experiences thinking through all connection points across our sites and considering promotion, social media, lead gen, dot com, A&D; platforms.
- Be proactive when pages can be improved, or content is outdated.
- Propose new goals and objectives, based on demonstrated performance and lessons learned, to keep improving the user experience of our sites.
- Maintain a global vision; if there is a request for a certain area of the site, this information might need to be updated as well on another location or website.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, leaders, and management to achieve the desired business results.
- Help update internal digital content guidelines and training documents alongside the whole team.
- Acquire knowledge and stay in tune with latest trends on topics like: SEO, UX, Analytics, Digital Marketing, Digital Content, Web standards.

**Who You Are**:
- Required Skills and Competencies_
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred
- 0-2 years of experience with Digital Content Management Systems (CMS), Web Communications, digital marketing, digital content.
- Advanced English is a must.
- Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Preferred Skills and Competencies_
- Graphic Design skills are a plus.
- WordPress knowledge is a plus.
- Great interpersonal communication written and oral
- Able to work with global, remote teams
- Able to multitask, plan and organize well workload
- Must be an enthusiastic, quick learner, and open-minded
- Detail oriented
