Servicing reporting specialist
we are seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support the flow and presentation of information to investors and servicing leadership, specializing in reporting, reconciliation, and oversight tasks.
key responsibilities
* monitor daily and monthly investor reporting and other stakeholder data.
* conduct oversight tasks such as document and transaction audits, monitoring, and supporting servicing oversight strategy.
* identify and resolve reconciliation differences by collaborating with internal and external parties.
* oversee sub‑servicers’ delivery of reports and remittances to investors, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
* field questions, conduct necessary research, and respond within appropriate time frames.
* perform banking administrative activities, including establishing new accounts and facilitating stos.
* handle additional tasks and projects as assigned by the assistant manager of servicing and asset management.
required skills, knowledge & abilities
* 2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping or loan servicing experience, or equivalent.
* strong understanding of financial reconciliations and payment processing.
* intermediate to expert proficiency in microsoft office (word, excel, outlook).
* strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, research, and data‑management skills.
* excellent organizational and time‑management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
* ability to quickly conceptualize new processes and prioritize work under tight deadlines.
* adaptability to changing industry, investor, and company initiatives.
* excellent written and oral communication skills.
* ability to work independently and as a team player.
* bilingual in spanish and english.
compensation
mxn $168 - $208 per hour.
