Degree in psychology, business administration, or related 2+ years of experience in hr (training & organizational development preferred) strong knowledge of training processes and legal requirements (stps) experience with lms platforms and hr systems advanced english (fluent)key competencies results-driven mindset strategic thinking continuous improvement focussuccess in this role will be measured by: training compliance effective training budget management on-time execution of development processeswhy join?
