- *administrative support*:
- manage the corporate attorney's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences with precision.
- organize and maintain confidential legal files and documentation, ensuring accessibility and compliance with regulatory standards.
- *legal document management*:
- draft, edit, and proofread various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and memos, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
- conduct thorough legal research on pertinent issues and regulations to assist in case preparation and strategy development.
- *case and project coordination*:
- assist in the organization and management of case files, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal meetings, client consultations, and external stakeholders.
- *regulatory compliance*:
- stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations affecting corporate operations and provide updates to the corporate attorney as necessary.
- assist in the preparation of compliance documentation and facilitate audits as required.
- *collaboration and communication*:
- liaise effectively with internal departments, external clients, and regulatory agencies to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- prepare agendas, take minutes during meetings, and distribute action items to relevant parties.
*qualifications*:
- *experience*:
- minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role within a corporate legal environment, preferably in international business
- *education*:
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in legal studies, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- *language proficiency*:
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills in english, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
- *technical skills*:
- proficient in legal research tools, document management systems, and microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint).
- *interpersonal skills*:
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
*preferred qualifications*:
- familiarity with corporate governance, compliance regulations, and contract law.
