what is the accelerate development program?
the accelerate development program (adp) is a structured development program designed to build a strong pipeline of local talent for critical positions within bosch.
* focused on external local talent (mexican professionals)
* promotes professional development, enabling deep exposure to bosch products, processes, and technologies
* 18 to 24 months in duration, with structured rotations across locations, departments, and roles
* you are hired as a full-time employee from day one, with the same benefits and career opportunities as any other bosch associate
* targets key positions with a fast-tracked development path
* supported by mentors, supervisors, and program coordinators throughout the journey
* designed to transition you into a final role as a process & operations engineer

required qualifications:
bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in logistics or manufacturing environments (middle level).
* proven expertise in inventory control and warehouse management.
* solid understanding of lean manufacturing (kaizen, tpm, pull system).
* hands-on experience with material flow design and value stream mapping (vsm/vsd).
* project management proficiency (from conception to implementation).
* familiarity with industry 4.0 technologies and sap modules.
* knowledge of iso 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
* ability to manage indirect personnel, influence cross-functional teams, and lead change management.
* professional fluency in english.
