about the role
we're looking for a proactive, detail-driven data entry / account manager to join our operations team at a fast-growing vape company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in data accuracy, process improvement, and people management — and is eager to take ownership of systems and workflows.as we scale, you’ll play a key role in managing a remote team of order processors, ensuring top-tier data quality, optimizing crm workflows, and driving operational improvements. You’ll collaborate with leadership and contribute directly to building a more reliable and efficient backend.
key responsibilities
* maintain 100% data accuracy across all account management and order entry tasks
* manage and monitor a team of remote account managers (attendance, output, quality)
* develop and implement new systems and workflows to streamline operations
* use tools such as slack, google sheets, zapier, and zoho crm to automate and enhance processes
* identify inefficiencies and lead solutions — not just follow sops
* report performance trends and improvement ideas to leadership
ideal candidate profile
* 3+ years of experience in data entry, account management, or operations
* strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage distributed teams
* meticulous attention to detail with a track record of data integrity
* process-driven, but with the creativity to solve problems and optimize workflows
* fluent in english (written and spoken)
* based in latin america, aligned with u.s. time zones and work culture
* tech-savvy and confident using crms, spreadsheets, and automation tools
