We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of *mobile implementation manager*
- principal accountabilities:_
- manage all developer accounts (used for developing and publishing apps) with google, apple and other mobile stores
- managed relationships with google, apple, risk iq
- automation consultancy and scripting work for app uploads direct to vendors
- release and maintain apps in the app stores and testflight/google play beta, ensuring releases are delivered on time
- provide production support, including out of hours’ support
- help triage production incidents from customer app store reviews and app crashes
requirements
- advance knowledge of agile methodology, having worked for 5+ years in an agile environment and have a safe qualification - leading / implementing safe
- 5+ previous years’ experience in mobile release management/ project management
- skills:_
- outstanding technology leader who is passionate about driving the business agenda
- track record of being able to manage a large number of releases concurrently
- commercially aware and understands digital platforms, services and underlying processes to fulfil
- culturally sensitive and understanding of global and local customer needs
- flexibility with working hours supporting global markets
- strong ability to balance risks vs. rewards and maximizing the cost effectiveness and profitability for the business
