About the position
the planning coordinator is in charge of : plan the supply of product to fully meet customer demand. Managing (generation, data update and follow-up, dissemination) the site plan according to data received from customers (internal and external). Generating, analyzing and monitoring the kpi site plan.
responsibilites
generating, updating and following-up of the site plan,
ensuring availability and validity of the last site plan issue,
following-up of the progress of all department (logistic, manufacturing,) in order to update the site plan,
analyzing of manufacturing cycle,
printing and disseminating of manufacturing work-order,
collaborating with departments directly linked with plan department
generating, analyzing and monitoring the kpi site plan,
guaranteeing continuous improvement and lean practice,
ensuring the optimization and improvement of the plan management,
respecting the internals rules (comportment, security and safety rules),
maintaining his work station in order,
reporting to his hierarchy the issues and dysfunctions encountered (and proposing the solutions he foresees).
requirements
engineer level people
managerial, verbal and written communication skills,
meticulous, motivated, organized, good relationship,
work with high reactivity and with willing to solve problems (finding solutions),
kpi's monitoring,
reports generation, excel pivot tables and macros
confident with ms-office (excel, word, ...),
able to analyze and explain clearly a problem,
advanced english.

knowledge of french language
