in this role you will be primarily responsible for tracking key metrics and action items for programs and processes in the last mile operation such as: payments losses on road hours driver experience daily tracking and safety/security investigation track always assuring all teams (internal and external) are aligned with standard procedures and requirements always focusing in customer experience.

youll work both independently and collaboratively on projects from development to delivery. You might spend your morning gathering data and feedback to assess a program pilot then spend your afternoon discussing a resourcing plan for another project. You will collaborate with other teams track project progress and share updates with key stakeholders.

- 2 years of employee and performance management experience
- bachelors degree or equivalent or 2 years of amazon (blue badge/fte) experience
- work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays
- speak write and read fluently in english
- knowledge of microsoft excel at an advanced level including: pivot tables macros index/match vlookup vba data links etc.
- 1 years of performance metrics process improvement or lean techniques experience
