responsible for asset reliability, execution of technical projects and supervision of specialized technical services. Leads world-class maintenance programs, drives continuous improvement and operational excellence, and fosters a culture of safety, sustainability, and technical talent development.
main accountabilities
* lead and ensure reliable operation of industrial services (energy, water, compressed air, refrigeration, effluent treatment, etc.).
* manage building, facilities, and support equipment maintenance.
* lead capital projects related to infrastructure, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
* oversee contractor and supplier management, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and cost standards.
* drive continuous improvement practices to optimize equipment reliability and availability.
* ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements applicable to the food/pharmaceutical sector.
your profile
skills
knowledge, skills and experience:
* bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, robotics, mechatronic engineering or related field.
* minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial services and facilities, preferably in food or pharmaceutical industries.
* strong knowledge of project management, maintenance kpis, tpm, and sustainability programs.
* demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and contractor management skills.
* advanced english proficiency.
* sap knowledge in pm module.
