The role:
reporting to the support lead in mexico and to the it manager in miami, you will be responsible for:
manage l2 activities for applications developed in-house.
monitor systems logs, alert emails, job failures and acting to provide timely resolution.
create and execute sql queries to load data, extract data based on customer needs.
review current support landscape to apply continuous improvement.
the requirements:
bachelors degree
minimum 3 years in supporting and developing applications.
sql / sql server knowledge.
