Job description
we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our business development initiatives. As a business development coordinator, you will play a critical role in identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
your primary responsibility will be to assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of business development projects. This may involve conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and developing reports to inform business decisions.
you will also work closely with our team to identify potential partners, develop relationships, and negotiate agreements.
in addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, tracking progress, and reporting results to stakeholders.

you should have a strong analytical mindset and be able to interpret data to inform business decisions. Additionally, you should be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
* active bachelor student from 7th semester and up related to the hr area: administration, psychology, iia, international business, communication, public relations.
* minimum 1 year left to finish school.
* english level intermediate.

this is an on-site opportunity located at plant 3 in ciudad apodaca, n.l., mexico. The working hours are flexible, between 7 am to 2 pm or 8 am to 3 pm.
