We are seeking a *key account manager (kam) for at&t* mexico and telefonica mexico who wants to be part of our continuing journey towards the networked society.
This role depends upon a deep understanding of our customers’ business, operations and objectives. You will be responsible for driving profitable business, flawless contractual execution and business development considering costumer contribution and cash-flow as key metrics along with working capital. We are searching for a kam that will act with confident authority and that takes accountability to develop the business relationships while actively contributing to making customers successful.
This position is located in mexico city and reports to the head of cu lan.
*you will*:
- ensure excellent control and anticipation of impacts on p&l management.
- drive excellence, quality and profitability in delivery while overachieving delivery plan commitments.
- contribute to improved network performance, managing governance, promoting up-selling opportunities, negotiating contracts, and securing improved profitability while managing stakeholder expectations.
- drive ma americas and cu lan adherence to initiatives that create impact on customer and employee satisfaction while contributing as a team to sustainable goals and growth.
- be accountable for sales and local cost, both cost of sales and operating expenditure, consolidated customer contribution, delivery process and cash-flow including working capital and cash collection.
- be responsible for maximizing customer relationships and building loyalty, the responsibilities include establishing effective connections with key decision makers (c level), understanding the customer's business objectives, prioritizing customer satisfaction, and fostering trust in ericsson through performance and issue management while proactively seeking and responding to customer feedback.
- be responsible for developing long-term business by evaluating customer strategies, influencing decision makers, and securing profitable business cases, while ensuring compliance and protecting recurrent business.
- coach and develop a diverse and high performing sales team.
*you will bring*:
- education: master of business administration, master of science or similar
- a proven track record of 10+ years of experience of relationship sales within the ict industry. Preferable minimum 5 years in leadership position.
- the ability to work well in cross functional teams in a matrix organizational set up.
- problem solving and critical thinking.
- leadership, negotiation and change management skills.
- your ability to enable teamwork and collaboration will be needed.
