about the role
we are seeking a highly skilled sap plant maintenance specialist to join our team. As an experienced professional in sap module of expertise, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, providing expert advice on selection of appropriate sap business processes, and ensuring solution meets business needs.

* analyze business requirements through information-gathering sessions with clients, documenting accurate understanding of their needs, and mapping those to sap business processes.
* recommend selection of suitable sap business processes to meet client requirements effectively.
* design and develop test plans for executing unit, integration, system, or acceptance testing.
* develop process models based on business requirements to determine completeness of information and process components.

* sap certification required.
* university degree preferred.
maintenance background: +5 years of hands-on experience in sap module of expertise with integrations across other modules (pm).
full life cycle implementations: minimum 5 full life cycle implementations of sap with duties covering blueprint workshops, configuration, build technical specifications for fricew, testing, training smes, performing data conversion, executing uat, cutover, hypercare support.
english skills: strong english oral and written skills.
biz acumen & management consulting exp: strong business acumen and management consulting experience.
fiori apps & mining industry experience: working experience with sap s/4hana including fiori applications would be considered an asset, as well as mining industry experience.
sap pm & asset mgmt expertise: act as subject matter expert for sap pm and asset management functionalities.
testing methods & tools: knowledge of and ability to use testing methodologies, processes, and tools for testing of functionality.
test plans & execution: ability to design and develop test plans for executing unit, integration, system, or acceptance testing.
education and certification:
sap certifications: sap certification is required.
university degree: university degree is preferred.
