The Product Analyst is tasked with managing product innovation, maintenance, compliance and continuous improvement requirements. The Product Analyst must have a broad knowledge of the product assigned to him/her, knowing technical, operational and economic aspects.
This role must provide attention to internal and external customers, being the support for the resolution of doubts, present the product to customers and manage or channel incidents for resolution.
The Product Analyst is very important since he/she will be in charge of supporting the planning, development, implementation and continuous improvement of a product, being responsible for maintaining control of both the functionality and features of the product as well as the incorporation of customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Define, propose and execute processes to maintain the assurance, communication and deployment of the technological product in production (service delivery).
- Conduct and coordinate highly effective meetings.
- Attend and channel with the corresponding level, area or supplier, the incidents that are reported, making a preliminary analysis, as well as maintaining the follow-up until a final solution is obtained, promoting that the response times are agile and efficient.
- Define, propose and execute processes to provide attention to incidents that are reported by customers (internal or external) or the areas of operation and internal technology or suppliers, until the problem is resolved.
- Present or train internal or external customers on the functionality of assigned products in a theoretical and practical way.
- Manage and address deviations or findings that arise in the product, either detected or reported, channeling with the corresponding area or supplier for review and obtain a solution. Also, if it is within its possibilities, provide a solution.
- Generate documents and controls to maintain proper monitoring and traceability of activities as required.
- Generate documents for project control, such as work plans, roadmap, among others. Likewise, he/she must maintain the project management.
- Generate documents for the collection of requirements, allowing an analysis that leads to a proposed solution.
- Generate solution proposals based on current products, in process or in the knowledge of the environment (techniques or tools).
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or Industrial Engineering, Administration, IT, Computer Science or similar.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in areas such as Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, System Analyst, Application Support, IT Consultant or similar.
- Minimum experience of 6 months to 3 years in the financial, banking or FINTECH sector, with focus on payment methods in technological platforms to accept present and non-present card operations or operational processes. (desirable)
- Basic knowledge in project management with applied methodology.
- Elementary knowledge in requirements gathering with some applied methodology.
- Analytical vision for problem solving.
- Knowledge for the elaboration of product support materials (presentations, manuals, guides, among others).
- Competitive knowledge in UML or process modeling, using tools such as BIZAGI, Draw.io, among others.
- Knowledge and competitive handling of web or standalone business tools such as 7-ZIP, Office or similar, G-SUITE, ERP (desirable), among others.
- Knowledge and elementary handling of collaborative and/or project management tools, e.g. Project, Jira, Asana, or similar.
Preferred qualifications
- Elementary knowledge in programming languages, e.g. Java,.NET, C#, C, SQL, Shell Script, XML, HTML, mainly.
