Production supervisor department: operations employment type: full time location: fresnillo reporting to: carlos ibarra compensation: $961 - $962 / day description mission: lead and manage production operations to consistently meet or exceed efficiency, schedule, and revenue targets, while maintaining world-class safety, quality, and team engagement standards during a period of rapid scale-up. Key responsibilities efficiency compliance: maintain ≥85% efficiency across all production lines. Proactively identify and remove bottlenecks. Implement continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing, 5s, tpm). Mps (master production schedule) accomplishment: achieve ≥96% on-time completion of production orders. Revenue compliance: ensure production output meets or exceeds the forecast shipment revenue. Enable revenue growth from $50m/year to $250m/year over five years. Support new product introductions and customer onboarding with minimal disruption to operations. Scalable operations: build operational capacity and processes that can scale to four additional manufacturing sites across north america. Document and standardize best practices for replication in new facilities. Mentor and develop future supervisors for multi-site operations. Safety and quality: achieve zero lost-time accidents and maintain defect rate below target ( skills, knowledge & expertise operational excellence: demonstrated ability to drive manufacturing efficiency, schedule adherence, and throughput in high-mix, fast-growing environments.
