_*nepanoa has partnered with our client in the search for an accounting and administrative manager.*_

this position plays a critical role in ensuring both the operational and financial health of the organization. The accounting and administrative manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations while managing key financial processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting the business with timely and accurate reporting.

*responsibilities*:

- overseeing day-to-day operations
- managing office supplies and inventory
- supervising administrative staff
- coordinating meetings and events
- ensuring compliance and safety
- using documents to verify, record, and process transactions in erp system.
- maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to supplies and inventory.
- matching ap and ar balances, tracking account statuses of business partners, resolving discrepancies in accounts receivable and payables, and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payments.
- leading accounting operations including daily, monthly, and annual activities, generating financial reports, developing budgets, preparing taxes, assisting with audits, and resolving discrepancies.
- provisions and accrual calculations/estimations.
- monthly group financial reporting in required format.
- monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts (e.g., bank reconciliation, prepaid assets, accruals, provisions).
- tax compliance and declarations.
- other authority reporting related to financial information.
- compliance with ifrs, group standards, and local accounting regulations.
- reconciliation of statutory and ifrs accounts.
- internal control systems (ics) coordination with other departments.
- leading audit process and implementing audit recommendations.

*requirements*:

- bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- minimum of 5 years of experience in a multi-national manufacturing environment.
- fluent in english and spanish.
- erp experience (e.g., sap or business central).
- strong proficiency in microsoft excel.
