we are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to drive growth and success in the investment fund industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of sales experience, with a proven ability to penetrate new markets and exceed targets.
about the role:
this role is primarily accountable for increasing overall sales of fund administration services to fund managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and growing business by maintaining client relationships with investors located across the country directly or via intermediaries.
the key responsibilities of this role include:
* closing sales in accordance with targets as outlined in personal targets/kpis
* developing and maintaining ambitious sales plans for the country in line with the regional plan for amicorp fund services
* applying targeted sales approaches to actively seek and recognize sales opportunities
* further developing and leveraging existing relationships and actively prospecting new customers and intermediaries
* collaborating with local and international colleagues and cross-selling other amicorp products
* building awareness through marketing tools such as contributing to brochures, memos, writing news articles, mailings, organizing events etc.
requirements:
to be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* a minimum bachelor's degree with over 7 years' experience in the investment fund industry
* a relevant network with family offices, investment advisers, foreign investors, venture capital industry
* knowledge regarding nav calculations, fund accountability, capital calls, tax fund structure and audit processes
* strong commercial drive and a proven ability to penetrate the required market and ensure closure of sales
* exhibits strong leadership, social & interpersonal skills, a positive can-do attitude and creativity
* excellent english language fluency
* ability to adapt and work under pressure in a smaller, dynamic local team environment
* proven leadership and team player skills, with ambition to excel in the role
