Responsibilities for offshore warehouse clerk:responsible for offshore warehouses on rigs, inventories and execution of day-to-day material control activities ensuring on time delivery to final users and requesters.responsible for inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts on monthly basis, appropriate storage and preservation on rigs. Ensure stock levels covering operational needs.communicates with logistics and warehouse onshore team to coordinate inbound/outbound shipments. Manifest preparations and consolidation together with rig logistic supervisor.perform material reception from onshore, allocate materials into warehouses onboard, document control responsible (signed manifest, certificates, etc...)communicate regularly and proactively with maintenance planners and supervisors onboard tracking status of shipments and materials request.addressing any logistical issues, delays and/or disruptions to ensure operations remain unaffected regarding material movements.preparing reports on warehouse operations, material movements including inventory levels to warehouse & shore base manager and oim.promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, comply with all applicable safety and environmental procedures/regulations onboard.profile:bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in warehouse operation offshore (desirable)experience using warehouse management software, oracle and ifs, preferred.knowledge of microsoft office including word, excel, outlook, powerpoint and adobe acrobat.detail oriented mindset with an ability to identify and respond to issues as they arise.ability to work strategically and collaboratively across areas and within a growing organization.excellent communication and interpersonal skills.strong clients focus, outstanding judgment, critical thinking and analytical skills.bi-lingual english/spanish is required.availability to work on 21-day shifts.proactive and self-motivated.
