a growing nyc-based property management firm is hiring a full-time outbound research and
pipeline development specialist focused on larger (60+ unit) condominium and cooperative
buildings.
this is a structured, performance-driven role. You will research qualified buildings, identify
decision-makers, and generate meetings for a nyc-based sales team using disciplined crm
tracking inside zoho. This is not telemarketing. It is intelligence-driven prospecting.
what you'll do
* identify 60+ unit condo and co-op buildings in nyc
* confirm current management companies
* research legal entities and board officers using hpd, acris, and ny state databases
* identify viable contact pathways (linkedin, email inference, building contacts)
* maintain accurate and structured zoho crm records
* execute disciplined outbound campaigns (email + linkedin; light phone outreach optional)
* track weekly performance metrics
performance standards
* 100–150 fully researched buildings per month
* maintain 150+ active contacts in outreach cadence
* book 8–12 qualified meetings per month after ramp-up
* maintain high crm accuracy
ideal profile
* 2+ years experience in b2b outbound, sdr, or research-driven prospecting
* strong written english
* analytical and detail-oriented
* comfortable working with structured targets and kpis
* experience with crm systems (zoho preferred)
* located in latin america preferred for time zone alignment
compensation
competitive base salary plus performance bonuses per qualified meeting and additional bonus for
signed buildings.
