Payroll operations specialist
about the role:
we are seeking a highly skilled payroll operations specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and fairness in compensation while maintaining strict adherence to labor laws, fiscal regulations, and corporate compliance standards.
key responsibilities:
* manage payroll pre-processing, considering incidences, vacation bonus, worked rest days, disabilities, and absences.
* create layouts for payroll disbursement.
* calculate pantry and fuel vouchers, including balance requests on the platform and requests for income and replacement cards.
* request and integrate monthly employee kpis for the calculation of the variable monthly bonus.
* register and deregister employees with imss, and submit requests for infonavit and fonacot.
* register and deregister employees in major medical insurance (sgmm) and life insurance (sv).
* manage monthly payments for isn and sua.
* manage payments for profit sharing (ptu), year-end bonus, savings fund, and annual bonus.
* manage audit payroll process with local authorities and vendors.
* prepare reports required by payroll for finance, legal, and labor authorities.
requirements:
* mexican legal and tax regulation knowledge.
* excel skills.
* proficiency in software such as cornerstone, ssff, sap, and others.
* college graduate or equivalent training in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field.
* over 5 years of experience.
