We are looking for an experienced *senior business analyst with expertise in salesforce*to join our team.
in this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design tailored solutions, and oversee the implementation of a genai-powered nextgen digital assistant on the salesforce agentforce platform. This project is focused on improving engagement and operational efficiency across patient
- and hcp-facing websites and call center workflows.
*responsibilities*
- collect and evaluate business requirements, maintaining a detailed backlog for all use cases
- develop salesforce-powered digital assistant solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance operational workflows
- propose and implement salesforce upgrades to improve system functionality, user experience, and overall performance
- partner with stakeholders to ensure business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions
- assist in deploying ai-driven tools, including agentforce, chatbots, and nlp bots, to enhance user interactions
*requirements*:
- a minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst or a related role
- practical experience with the salesforce platform, including core clouds and agentforce
- proficiency in integrating salesforce with external systems via apis and automating processes using tools like process builder and flow
- knowledge of ai-driven technologies, including chatbot and digital assistant solutions such as agentforce
- familiarity with regulatory standards like hipaa and gdpr to ensure compliance during implementation
- strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration and alignment across teams
- ability to analyze business challenges and provide strategic, effective solutions
- flexibility to adapt to dynamic and fast-changing working environments
- proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- fluent english communication skills, written and spoken, at a b2 level or higher
