Key responsibilitiesprovide customer service support to the organization by ensuring accurate data is received from customers and deliveries are processed efficiently.manage customer relationships, transmit weekly releases for assigned customers into sap, and monitor emfor/emord/jits daily.address customer-specific requirements and discrepancies as needed, maintain sap parameters to match customer required dates and transit time, and ensure timely issue of outbound deliveries.maintain a minimum of 6 months rolling forecast in sap, monitor weekly delivery performance, and develop a plan to improve if necessary.keep records of slow-moving and obsolescence risks, inform the organization in advance of dollar impact, and report recoverable costs from customers due to overtime, raw material expedites, or outbound premium freight to finance.
