The priority control center (pcc) is a vital part of our post-sales support organization. Our mission is to ensure timely, cost-effective part deliveries by coordinating shipments from warehouses and forward stocking locations (fsls) using the ups postsales platform. We adhere strictly to customer specifications while identifying the best delivery options available.
canada, and offshore locations (hawaii, alaska, puerto rico, guam, virgin islands)
~ handling of warranty replenishment tasks
~ lexmark support through flash track and debrief (closing claims)
~ direct communication with partners, carriers, and field technicians via calls and emails
coordinate urgent and sla-bound part shipments
maintain seamless operations across various time zones and shifts
provide professional and prompt customer service interactions
fluent in english (written and verbal communication)
availability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
experience in logistics, supply chain, order processing, or customer support
familiarity with ups postsales or similar logistics platform
