Customer Service Agent – Energy Campaign | On-Site Position

Schedules:
Monday–Friday → 7 AM–4 PM | 8 AM–5 PM | 9 AM–6 PM
(Weekends off!)
Your Role:
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism
- Assist customers with billing questions, service inquiries, and account updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns quickly
- Retain customers looking to cancel their service
- Document interactions accurately
- Follow company policies and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Positive, customer-focused attitude
