are you ready to disrupt the fitness, wellness and hospitality industry? At seca, the global market leader in medical measuring and weighing systems from germany, we are transforming the way gyms, wellness facilities and health clubs understand member health, retention and performance. For our fitness division in mexico, we are looking for a highly connected, field‑driven and commercially minded sales manager who is not in a traditional fitness sales role. We seek someone with a strong network in the fitness industry, outstanding presentation and relationship‑building skills, and the ability to position innovative medical‑grade technology solutions with gym chains, premium fitness clubs, wellness operators and hospitality groups across mexico. You will help introduce a completely unique concept in the market: medical‑grade body composition analysis and digital member monitoring integrated into the fitness environment.
through the seca tru ecosystem, gyms can improve member engagement, retention, personalization, health monitoring, premium service offerings, and digitalization of their fitness operations. As part of the seca mexico team, you will work directly with decision makers, gym owners, fitness chains, wellness groups, strategic partners and key opinion leaders to establish seca as the premium body composition solution in the mexican fitness market.
your responsibilities
* drive national sales activities for the seca tru portfolio across mexico
* develop strong relationships with gym chains, fitness groups, wellness operators and hospitality accounts
* generate new business opportunities through networking, industry presence and field activities
* conduct high‑level product presentations, demonstrations and consultative sales meetings
* educate clients and partners on the value of medical‑grade body composition technology and digital monitoring solutions
* build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and key opinion leaders (kols)
* develop and manage strategic distribution and commercial partnerships
* create and maintain a healthy sales funnel through direct prospecting and partner collaboration
* represent seca at trade shows, conferences, roadshows and industry events
* act as the main commercial and application contact for the mexican market
* collaborate closely with international teams and headquarters in germany
what we are looking for
* minimum 5 years of experience in fitness, wellness, health or premium b2b sales
* strong networking capabilities within the fitness and wellness industry in mexico
* excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
* high level of professionalism and executive presence
* experience working directly in the field with clients and strategic accounts
* strong consultative sales mindset and ability to introduce new concepts to the market
* entrepreneurial mentality with a high degree of autonomy and ownership
* passion for technology, health innovation and digital fitness solutions
* ability to explain complex technology in a simple and compelling way
* willingness to travel extensively across mexico (up to 70%)
* english proficiency highly preferred
