we're looking for someone who can architect inbound growth: owning seo-driven editorial strategy, landing-page copy, multi-channel campaigns, and sophisticated email automation inside customer.io — while managing both in-house contributors and freelance writers.
what you'll do
lead blog and editorial strategy across both brands
own landing-page and paid-ad copy
build lifecycle automations, segmentation, and behavioral triggers
manage freelancers and content calendars
partner with growth, product, and leadership on positioning
optimize messaging through testing and iteration
must-have profile
excellent long-form and conversion copywriting
hands-on lifecycle marketing and automation experience
strong editorial planning and seo fundamentals
comfortable owning freelancers and production pipelines
strongly preferred
experience scaling inbound acquisition engines
