*human resourses manager*
*position overview*:
we look for a human resources manager to lead and coordinate processes related to the human capital within the new launching of our brand in mexico city. The processes to manage and lead includes recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. We expect you to handle the department individually for at least 5-6 months.
*key responsibilities*:
- implementation of area policies and procedures.
- onboarding and offboarding processes.
- maintain employee records.
- ensure compliance with current labor laws and regulations.

- sending registrations, cancellations, salary movements in hr erp.
- reporting indicators (kpi's) to management.
- recruitment and selection of specialized profiles (managerial and executive).
- pre-payroll preparation.
- vacation management.
- monitor compliance with hr team procedures.
- aligns hr processes with the company's business strategy.
- implement effective recruitment strategies.
- disability tracking.
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology or equivalent (degree and id).
- english c1 - c2.
- office.
- special knowledge in lft, imss, stps, lss
- experience more than 3 years in hr (recruitment and personnel administration), onboarding, offboarding.
- pre-payroll knowledge.
*we offer*:
- base salary $60k to 70k gross
- benefits of law and major medical insurance to the plant.
- working hours: monday to friday from 08:00 to 17:00 hours.
