*skills and competencies*:- purchasing experience 5 year minimum, 2 year experience as project leader or team leader- team leadership skills- strong oral and written communication skills and fluent communicable in english- business and data manager knowledge- strong computer skills, internet, ms office, specially excel and power point- erp experience in mdm, sap mm, fi/co and ariba- strong data analysis skills- process management, data cruncher, capability to play with various files- kpi knowledge, results oriented- customer service minded- ability to deal with other competence centers as well corporate and business groups users- effectively convey the business rules and benefits, and promote them with the business areas- continuous improvement and automation oriented- conflict management and problem-solving skills- decision making skills, organizational and time management skills
