Role intermediate to senior level sap successfactor consultant with 3 full life cycle implementations with certifications in multiple module certifications preferred: employee central (including time off, time tracking and benefits), onboarding 2.0, recruitment marketing, recruiting, learning management system, compensation, variable pay, time off, benefits, etc. Responsibilities be a hands-on application expert in the successfactors certified module(s) intermediate to advanced level knowledge of at least three successfactors modules work individually and as part of a team of consultants on successfactors solutions and manage the full implementation lifecycle prepare/review project deliverables and be accountable for working within project scope advise project leads and project managers to implement best-practice decisions that impact the overall platform, tailored for the client and their culture lead design workshops with the client and provide guidance in the definition of solution design practices and standards that link back to sap best practices support project leads in translating business goals into appropriate solutions, assessing feasibility and optimization provide impact assessment with quarterly releases enrich and develop reusable content/ip/tools (accelerators, enablers) contribute to knowledge base of the syntax sap practice provide support for pre-sales initiatives including roadmaps, estimates, and responses to rfp/rfq’s complete/assist in demonstration setups and create/deliver high-quality demonstrations and presentations support functional and technical leads in workshops design and support proofs of concepts to demonstrate proposed technical solutions assist in preparation of workshop/training materials identify process improvements and provide clear solution definitions gather and analyze clients’ business requirements and objectives essential functions able to develop system configurations to conform to client specifications and best practices within project scope troubleshoot and resolve system issues or defects adhere to software implementation standards and best practices provide post-go-live application support under the managed services model complete ongoing education to attain and maintain professional certifications performs other duties as assigned skills and experience 8 years of sap successfactors experience and at least 3 implementations in certified area nice to have: knowledge of sap payroll (on-premise and ec payroll) nice to have: knowledge of employee central payroll and integration with sf modules experience implementing integrations with third-party applications such as timekeeping systems experience with data migration and data management in successfactors experience and knowledge of sap activate methodology for successfactors in-depth understanding of hr and payroll processes advanced proficiency in microsoft office suite analytical and solutions oriented; ability to solve complex problems with detailed insights ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems and optimize solutions ability to work collaboratively in a project team, deploying sf features as per the statement of work ability to manage time and multiple projects with high attention to detail ability to work in teams and independently strong organizational, planning and management skills strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills; confident in formal speaking and focused meetings excellent written and oral communication skills education and training multiple module certifications in ec, onb, rcm, rmk, lms, comp preferred industry certifications also desirable (pmp, sap hr, itil, etc.) Why syntax?
