About the position:we are seeking a detail-oriented purchasing coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, working in a fast-paced environment to collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers.key responsibilities:create purchase orders from internal requisitions, ensuring accuracy in prices, quantities, and conditions.request and compare supplier quotes based on price, availability, and delivery time.maintain updated purchasing records, including pricing, delivery dates, product/service quality, and inventory levels.monitor deliveries, coordinate with suppliers, and resolve issues related to defective or delayed products.support the preparation of control and expense analysis reports.collaborate with accounts payable to resolve billing discrepancies or clarifications.participate in internal audits or purchasing reviews.requirements:bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, international business, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in purchasing, customer service, or accounting.proficient in microsoft office (word, excel, outlook).experience with erp systems (sap, oracle) is an advantage.english fluency required (spoken and written).availability to travel preferred.a valid visa is an advantage (not mandatory).
