The field sales team lead is an entry level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to deliver a full range of sales support activities in coordination with the consumer sales team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of support services to citi clients and to assist team in meeting sales targets.responsibilities:conduct performance evaluations, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination of team membersservice existing accounts and establish new accounts at designated location or assigned geographical coverage area in order to increase revenue for the bankproactively approach citi clients to establish real needs, understand the client and their requirements, and interest them in citi’s productsprovide advice and product information to citi clients as appropriate, outlining features and benefitsidentify cross-selling opportunities to sell other productsachieve or exceed decided sales targetsappropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.qualifications:previous relevant experience preferredexperience in financial sales, customer service and management requiredproficient computer skillsproactive leadership and motivational skillsconsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationcreative problem solving and decision-making skillseducation:bachelor’s degree/university degree or equivalent experiencethis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
