Provide administrative support during the complete recruitment process, since the reception of the requisition until the interview process.
- organize and provide support in all the conferences, telephonic calls and in all the online interviews or meeting scheduled by recruiters.
- responsible of publishing information from human resources on intranet in a clear way and on time.
- support in the external publications of vacancies in job boards and universities web pages.
- assure that all the information kept in recruitment records is available and updated; maintain a register for the content of binders and files in the hr archive area.
- process all payments related to recruitment activities and maintain contact with vendors and external clients.
- provide other support as required and perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
*requirements*:
- minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology or related administrative areas.
- at least 2 years of experience in similar role or responsibilities.
- user advanced level in the usage of ms office suite and/or ms365 (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook, etc.).
- experience in the usage of online meetings and communications such as: zoom, skype, ms teams, linkedin, etc.
- experience in administrative tasks as filing, logistics, and contact with providers or clients.
