Technical Sales Engineer
Location options: Cuauhtémoc, Distrito Federal; México.

Responsibilities:

Valves & Pumps Technical Sales Engineer manages the assigned resources to meet customers’ needs within the context of promoting sales of all assigned valves, pumps and cleaning technology products.

Reports to the Head of Sales, responsible for the assigned product group or application cluster in the country. This includes the revenue responsibility.

Detail and implement the cluster sales strategy, perform sales planning/forecasting, develop product portfolio and drive revenues through proficient management of the different routes to market and prospecting.

Special focus on new machines and spare parts delivery and meeting customer needs with a coordinated approach to sales across the organization.

Encouraged to think innovatively and embrace modern new product development and theories.

Profile and Qualifications:

University degree in one of the main engineering fields (Chemical, Industrial or Mechanical preferred).

Minimum of 5 years relevant sales/customer service experience.

Minimum of 4 years relevant Valves & Pumps knowledge and experience.

Advanced understanding of the food or beverage business, customer relationship management and market development.

Comprehensive market knowledge including potential, competitors and competitive environment.

Strong capital equipment or service sales experience in liquid management technologies.

Capable of designing and implementing a strategic sales plan.

Technical Sales Engineer (Orbia – Wavin)
Location: México; focus on geosynthetics and building infrastructure solutions.

Main purpose:

Manage the technical-commercial activities within the assigned region to contribute to the sales budget and business growth, in accordance with Geosynthetics Management of Mexico guidelines.

Main responsibilities:

Manage key accounts critical to business development.

Provide technical and commercial support to contractors, designers, government entities, distributors, etc., to ensure correct application of solutions.

Perform consultative sales with in-depth client knowledge and differentiation to support growth.

Advise government and private entities to ensure MSI Geosynthetics solutions are specified within standards.

Lead collections to keep accounts up to date with payments.

Promote multi-level relationship-building with client support areas.

Maintain understanding of competition to inform strategies.

Prepare preliminary geosynthetics designs and recommendations for civil engineering applications and convert to sales.

Deliver training on design and applications of geosynthetics.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Geosynthetics or Road Engineering desirable).

4 years of experience as a Technical Sales Advisor in construction/infra (geosynthetics a plus).

2 years as Site or Project Engineer (nice to have).

Solid knowledge of geosynthetics and advanced English language skills.

Account Manager – Mexico City (field-based)
Role with Hartmann Young for a global client in IVD.

Grow revenue and market share within the Mexico territory.

Develop and execute product launch and market plans.

Manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and opinion leaders.

Support adoption of new technologies in hospitals and labs.

Provide market intelligence and accurate reporting; collaborate with international teams.

University degree with 5+ years in medical device sales.

Strong track record in diagnostics or laboratory products.

Knowledge of the IVD market in Mexico.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic and some international).

Additional Account Manager opportunities:

Account Manager – Hoy
Role focuses on global IT hardware or storage product sales, with responsibilities including brand/product management for HP, Acer, Predator, and Lenovo across multiple markets; sales strategy development, channel management, and international collaboration.

Brand/product sales and promotion across markets.

Develop Lenovo-branded SSD business to increase market share.

Explore new clients, channels, and bidding opportunities.

Maintain and grow relationships with clients and distributors.

Plan quarterly/annual sales and manage budgets.

English proficiency required; travel as needed.

Account Manager – Mexico City (field-based) – Final
Role similar to the earlier Mexico City Account Manager post with focus on IVD, including managing revenue growth, product launches, and relationships with key accounts.

Qualifications:

University degree; 5+ years in medical device sales.

Proven track record in diagnostics or lab products; IVD market knowledge.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel up to 50%.
