*objective of the position*:
ensure the design and support as key sap hr expert in global hcm solution environment.
*principal activities*:
- serve as key sap hr expert in the internal hr digitalization and transformation program.
- partner with hr, it and other stakeholders to realize future hybrid (on prem and saas) hr target systems landscape in support of globally standardized hr processes and services.
- plan realization of internal requests and demands in order to fully leverage the potential of our hr landscape.
- analyze and prepare sap hr digital transition in partnership with internal stakeholders and specialist.
- act as internal and external contact person within his/her own area of expertise; cooperate in internal working groups.
- create internal publications (e.g.
documentations, business requirements, functional specification, etc.)
and present as required (internally).
- recognize general need for continuing education in his/her own field within the company; plan and conduct internal and external training on complex topics, both domestically and in other countries.
- support in determining and optimizing internal standards and processes within his/her own area of expertise.
- support in the standardization of the business process elements across dräxlmaier group.
- observe/identify trends in his/her area of expertise in order to develop concepts; suggest recommendations for action.
*requirements*:
- professional career: bd it, hr, business administration or related fields.
- relevant experience: 5-7 years in it, functional expertise on sap hcm (om, pa, py, pt) or sap successfactors including customization.
professional experience in hr and/or hrit and/or hr services.
- english advanced.
