The director of product marketing is responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and plans as well as achieving marketing targets for our yearbook publishing business. Specific responsibilities include business and market development; oversight of creative development and production of marketing materials in collaboration with the creative director, market research and planning; budgeting and financial responsibly, strategic direction for promotion and advertising; coordination with sales; and, hiring and directing the day-to-day activities of product marketing staff.

- ensures all marketing communications are coordinated, created and support marketing plan objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources.
- provides marketing skills and expertise to balfour & co by building, developing, and managing a product marketing team capable of carrying out the necessary marketing strategies and tactics.

bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field
