Full-Stack Engineer – ECM Dashboarding

The Role
We are seeking a
Full-Stack Engineer
with a strong
front-end
focus to support the development of enterprise dashboarding solutions as part of an
Enterprise Change Management (ECM) program
. The role centers on designing, building, and supporting interactive dashboards, reports, and supporting integrations that provide visibility into enterprise-wide change management processes.
This position requires strong
React and TypeScript
skills, hands-on dashboard development experience, and the ability to integrate data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, cloud systems). Candidates should be comfortable collaborating in an Agile environment, working with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring high standards of data accuracy and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver front-end components for dashboards using React and TypeScript (UI components, charts, responsive layouts).
- Build and optimize data models, ETL/transform scripts, and back-end services using Python.
- Develop
SQL
queries
and perform data modeling to support dashboard analytics (including use of Set Analysis where required).
- Design and implement interactive dashboards and reports with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL databases, Excel, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
- Automate daily and weekly summary reports with scheduled email delivery.
- Implement QA and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Produce technical documentation (data models, API specifications, deployment/runbook).
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, demos, retrospectives) and deliver against sprint commitments.
- Provide application support, troubleshooting, and minor enhancements as needed.
- Collaborate with product owners, data engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Engineer with front-end focus.
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Experience developing dashboards and related applications with
Python
.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data-warehousing concepts.
- Experience integrating multiple data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, cloud).
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles for dashboards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Preferred:
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data lake concepts.
- Familiarity with Git or similar version control tools.
- Prior experience with enterprise dashboarding/reporting platforms.
- Experience with Set Analysis or advanced data modeling.
- Knowledge of ECM, PLM, or ERP systems in automotive or manufacturing environments
