- possession of a university degree or technical diploma.
- 1-3 years of technical experience.
- flexibility to work in shift rotations and on-site.
- proficiency in hardware, including servers.
- knowledge of operating systems and server architectures.
- proficiency in advanced english.
- strong customer service skills.
- desired experience in server diagnosis and troubleshooting.
