- desirably located in cdmx, monterrey and/or guadalajara
bachelor's degree in computer science, equivalent experience or related degree.
essential: advanced english (evaluation will be done) and availability to travel.
qualifications:
- knowledge of the software development life cycle.
- knowledge of the main database concepts.
- must be a full-stack developer and understand software engineering concepts.
- extensive experience with java, postgresql, delphi.
- desirable, experience in back-end development and middleware with microsoft.net framework (vb.net and c#), particularly development of apis and web services.
- some experience with sql server development, creating and modifying stored procedures, tables, functions, triggers, and data conversion.
- familiarity with azure or aws cloud environments.
*responsibilities*:
- modify existing software to fix bugs, adapt it to new hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces.
- test procedures and validation of the system.
- software programming and its interfaces with other software.
- development documentation.
- work with customers or departments on technical issues, including software system design and maintenance.
- consult with engineering staff to evaluate software and hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
- prepare reports on the specifications, activities or status of programming projects.
