*your mission*
identify, pursue, and close high-value commercial opportunities—positioning happymile as a top-tier dedicated carrier for regulated and sensitive cargo.
*what you'll do*
- prospect and win new b2b clients in key industries.
- own the full sales cycle—from cold outreach to closing.
- build custom logistics solutions based on client needs and compliance requirements.
- represent happymile at trade shows and industry events.
*what we're looking for*
- 3+ years in b2b sales (ideally in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage).
- strong knowledge of the u.s. trucking market, especially in texas.
- experience with cross-border (u.s.mexico) logistics is a plus.
- proven success in closing large deals.
- fluent in english (spanish is a strong plus).
- tech-savvy, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- willingness to travel as needed.
