- proven experience as an executive recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, with a focus on senior-level positions.
- deep understanding of executive talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred.
